The promotion period start and end times are shown on the Drop page. Entries stop being accepted at the scheduled end time.

Published campaign dates, prizes, and challenges are the official terms in force for this Drop.

To participate, you must have a valid MapleSprout account, a unique linked MapleStory Universe wallet, and complete at least one enabled Community challenge. You must be at least 19 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), and participation must be lawful where you reside.

Your applicable MapleStory Universe account and linked wallet must remain active, in good standing (not banned or suspended), and able to receive prizes. You must satisfy any official MSU/NEXPACE requirements that apply to the prize at the time of fulfillment.

Sign in with a MapleSprout account, link your MapleStory Universe wallet, and complete enabled challenges during the promotion period. Each completed challenge earns one entry. Guild claims and vouches made before the promotion period count toward guild challenges; all other actions must occur during the promotion period.

When entries close, all eligible entries are locked for the draw. A frozen snapshot of eligible entries is recorded before winner selection.

The prizes and available quantities are shown on the Drop page. Each unit represents a separate winning slot.

Each participant can win at most one prize per Drop.

Winners are selected using a deterministic, publicly verifiable draw over the locked entry pool, powered by drand randomness. The draw can be independently reproduced on the Drop’s Verify page using the recorded snapshot and randomness.

Winners are notified through in-app notifications (as well as Discord or Telegram if connected and set-up). Notifications include proof of transfer once prize delivery is confirmed.

If an issue requires your attention before delivery, an action-required notice will be sent in-app.

There is no claim button. MapleSprout delivers prizes directly to the winner’s linked wallet (transferring NFT prizes or sending NESO on Henesys) and records proof of delivery.

Winners must have a linked wallet capable of receiving the prize. Delivery cannot proceed if platform restrictions, sanctions, or account suspensions prevent transfer.

If a selected winner cannot receive a prize due to an account restriction or eligibility failure, the prize may be awarded to the next alternate in the draw order.

Temporary network errors or API verification outages do not disqualify a winner.

MapleSprout uses your account, linked wallet, and participation data solely to operate, verify, and fulfill the Drop. Draw and fulfillment records are retained for audit and verification purposes.
